The subconscious mind and how it works
DID YOU KNOW?
That the subconscious mind holds an immense amount of power, responsible for about 95% of the brain’s processing capacity beyond our conscious awareness? This leaves only a mere 5% for the conscious mind to handle critical thinking and decision-making tasks on a daily basis.
It is quite astonishing to realize that despite all the mental activities we engage in during our waking hours – working, talking, planning, and creating – we are using only about 5% of our brain’s potential. This fact highlights the untapped potential residing within our subconscious minds, which remains largely inaccessible while we are consciously aware.
So, what prevents us from accessing this tremendous power to our advantage? The answer lies in our subconscious mind, which remains beyond our reach while we are in a conscious state.
Consequently, in order to tap into the potential of our subconscious mind, we must discover ways to bypass the conscious mind, which can be stubborn, critical, and even judgmental at times.
By transitioning from a Gamma or Beta brain wave state to an Alpha brain wave state, we can facilitate a state of super learning, where access to the subconscious mind becomes possible.
DIFFERENT BRAIN WAVE FREQUENCIES
Frequency range | Name | Usually associated with |
>40 Hz | Gamma waves | Higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, and consciousness |
13-39 Hz | Beta waves | Active, busy thinking, active processing, active concentration, arousal, and cognition |
7-13 Hz | Alpha waves | Calm relaxed yet alert state, super learning state |
4-7 Hz | Theta waves | Deep meditation / relaxation, REM sleep |
< 4 Hz | Delta waves | Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness |
AND HERE IS ANOTHER FASCINATING THING:
The subconscious mind has a vast storage capacity and retains an incredible amount of information from our experiences. It plays a crucial role in storing and retrieving data, as well as influencing our responses and behaviors based on our programming. It ensures that you respond to the data that has been stored in exactly the way it was noted when it was logged into the system.
For example, if you came to conclusions at a young age that you are unlovable, this program of “unlovability” will continue to run throughout your adult life subconsciously and in the background of every decision you make, until you upgrade that exact same programming into “I am lovable”.
On top of that, the subconscious mind is also in charge of ensuring that things run smoothly. These automatic processes, known as homeostatic impulses, are responsible for tasks like regulating our body temperature, keeping our breathing steady, and maintaining a regular heartbeat.
Additionally, through our autonomic nervous system, it manages the equilibrium of numerous chemicals in the billions of cells spread throughout our bodies, allowing us to function daily and experience a wide range of emotions.
The subconscious mind acts as a servant, working tirelessly to align our behavior with the patterns stored in our emotional cloud storage throughout your life. This includes habits, comfort zones, hopes, and dreams. Its primary goal is to keep us alive, safe and functioning in accordance with these habitual ways of being and thinking.
The amygdala is an essential part of the brain that plays an important role in processing emotions and triggering the fight-or-flight response. It helps in assessing potential threats and keeping us alert to potential dangers.
The amygdala is a component of the limbic brain and functions subconsciously to ensure our safety on a daily basis. It is responsible for our emotional and physical well-being, causing us to experience a sense of discomfort whenever we try something new, different, or deviate from established behavioral patterns. This results in the release of various neurotransmitters (such as cortisol, adrenaline etc.) throughout our bodies, which leave a deep-rooted “fear” imprint at the cellular level. In fact, whenever our fears are triggered, it indicates that the subconscious programming has been activated.
So…
Here my questions for you:
I would assume it's every few years, correct? The purpose of these updates is to eliminate any issues, remove outdated features, and adopt new and improved ways of operating.
(I can hear the silence…)
Are you ready to change your life by changing the programming in your subconscious mind? To help you in eliminating the issues in your mind that may have been troubling you for a long time? Alright, excellent. Because it is simpler than you may imagine.
But I need you to go beyond your usual comfort zones and embrace new beliefs, habits, and attitudes in a manner that effectively assists you in restructuring the neural connections in your brain.

RTT Method
Through the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy, an incredible method that combines the best of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and cognitive behavioral therapy, it allows us to effectively discover and address the core events responsible for those limiting beliefs and behaviors. While in a state of deep relaxation induced by hypnosis, these events are examined through the lens of our present-day adult perspective.
Consequently, we possess the ability to meticulously reconstruct the emotional charge and meaning of those particular scenes, so that those exact same scenes will no longer have the emotional charge and meaning it previously carried.
By effectively neutralizing the underlying emotional charge and meaning associated with past decisions made during our childhood years, we allow ourselves to cultivate a new, empowering belief system and outlook.
This shift in mindset serves to elevate us, providing the driving force needed to respond rather than react when faced with emotional triggers. By reframing our narratives and emotions surrounding these pivotal events, while simultaneously recognizing the impact of our life’s history, we acknowledge their existence without allowing them to define us any longer.
It is crucial to understand that our personal history, regardless of its nature, occurred and cannot be changed. However, what truly affects us are the emotional residue and ingrained fears stemming from these past experiences – the stories we have carried with us for years. These beliefs, such as “I am not enough,” “I am unlovable,” “I will never have enough money” or “I am worthless,” or “I feel so different” have silently influenced our perspectives on various aspects of life.
By addressing and challenging these limiting beliefs, we empower ourselves to transcend their power over us and pursue our goals and live the life we have so far only dreamed of.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to feel the traumatic experiences from the past and then just get rid of them right away? To effortlessly clear our emotional “cache”, momentarily setting aside our fears, and continue onwards with unwavering determination? While you may argue that this is indeed the natural process, it is essential to consider the 95%-5% rule. Yes, it is true that we often recover and forge ahead, displaying incredible RESILIENCE.
Nevertheless, it is crucial to acknowledge that these emotional imprints, these wounds and scars, persistently reside within our subconscious. They linger, often for extended periods of time, silently nestled away in the back of our subconscious mind.
Here, our ever-vigilant amygdala awaits, is always ready to remind us of that painful feeling and do its best to keep us safe from experiencing that painful feeling again. It is this constant reminder that can inadvertently take us off course from the very path we had set out to go.

And so you might be wondering how long does it take or how many sessions do I need? Depending on the complexity of the problem, it takes approximately 1 to 5 sessions in a period of time ranging from 1 month up to 6 months.
“When will I see the results?” You might ask yourself. The answer here is: it depends. Every person is different with different life experiences and also the mind of each of us works differently, so it is not possible to tell beforehand when and how you will see the results.
However in general change can happen in 3 ways:
01.
Instant
Right away after the session, you feel differently and notice that whatever issue you came for, it is gone and for ex, quit smoking, believe you are enough etc.
02.
Cumulative
After the session and bit by bit, day by day you start noticing some subtle changes in your behavior, in your thinking and in your reality. You might feel like for ex, if before you felt unlovable, day after day you start feeling as lovable just the way you are.
03.
Retroactive
After the session and actually maybe for weeks or months you don’t feel like anything has changed and then all of a sudden you see the big shift. Then you notice retroactively that you actually changed a lot.
