Offers & Collaborations
My work combines strong structure, clarity, deep intuition, and personalized guidance. I don’t use generic scripts or surface-level techniques. Therefore, each session is tailored to you, your experiences and your goals, while ensuring the process feels safe, precise, and effective. I focus on real, lasting, sustainable transformation and not on quick fixes.
What truly sets my work apart is that I have gone through this transformation myself. I am not working from theory alone; I am a living example of the lasting change this work makes possible. Because I have navigated this journey personally, I understand the challenges from the inside and can guide you with clarity and precision. I also share practical shortcuts, insights, techniques – tools I had to learn the hard way – so you can move forward more efficiently and with greater ease.
Yes absolutely. I mainly work privately with clients in 1:1 private hypnotherapy sessions, tailored to individual goals such as self-worth, weight, relationships, career blocks or in addition other personal challenges. We work together 1 to maximum 5 sessions, in a timeframe from 1 to 5 months approximately.
Workshops are guided group sessions where you experience hypnotherapy in a supportive group setting. Each session focuses on a specific topic to create meaningful inner shifts. I personally guide the group with my voice, while you process the session individually in your own mind. This way, the experience stays completely private and safe.
Corporate collaboration can include 1:1 private sessions for employees, group sessions for teams or company-wide workshops. I customize each collaboration to address workplace stress and actively support your employees’ physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Yes. I collaborate with yoga studios offering special events that you can book with Urban Sports Club, Eversports, Classpass or via website. I as well as offer tailored private events designed for deep relaxation, connection, and transformation ( for ex. as a birthday gift card or for other special occasions).
The Method: How It Works
RTT® is a therapeutic approach that combines hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and regression techniques. This method identifies and addresses the root cause of limiting beliefs and patterns that often form in early life directly in the subconscious mind, so lasting change occurs at the subconscious level and the change remains long-lasting instead of superficial and short-term.
Hypnotherapy is, in fact, a natural state of the mind, where you can easily access your subconscious and it becomes more receptive. In this state, we access the origin of emotional blocks, habits, or beliefs and safely reframe them. You remain aware and in control at all times. Hypnosis does not involve deep sleep or loss of consciousness; instead, it creates a relaxing state of mind similar to meditation, but even more deep and powerful for changing patterns.
NLP focuses specifically on the relationship between thoughts, language, emotions, and behavior. This method identifies unconscious patterns and replaces them with healthier, more empowering responses. In RTT®, we use NLP techniques to support mindset shifts and behavioral change immediately.
CBT is a well-established therapeutic method that examines how thoughts influence emotions and actions. Within RTT®, we apply CBT principles specifically to help you understand and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reinforcing behavioral change both immediately and over the long term.
Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe and well-researched practice. You remain aware, in control, and able to stop at any moment. I conduct sessions in a respectful, ethical and supportive environment.
Most people enter hypnosis naturally. You don’t need to feel “deep” or disconnected for the work to be effective. The results come from insight, emotional release and repetition, not from how hypnotized you think you were.
Just to give you an idea, we all enter hypnosis automatically every night before we fall asleep. It’s that in-between state where we almost fall asleep but remain partially aware of our surroundings (for example, noise from the street, lights, someone talking, etc.).
The Process: What To Expect
Each session with me follows a structured 5-step framework:
Step 1 – Intake Call (40 minutes)
Firstly, we discuss your goals, challenges, and personal history to prepare for the session.
Step 2 – Hypnotherapy Session (2 hours)
Secondly, a deep hypnotherapy session, conducted either in person or online, where we identify root causes and reframe limiting beliefs.
Step 3 – Personalized Recording (15–20 minutes)
Thirdly, you receive a custom audio recording to listen once a day for 21 days, reinforcing the changes made during the session.
Step 4 – Follow-Up Call (20 minutes)
After three weeks, we review your progress, insights, and any shifts you’ve noticed.
Step 5 – 30 Days of Support
Lastly, you receive ongoing support for 30 days to ensure integration and stability of results.
Multi-session packages repeat this process for each session. For ex. if you book 3 sessions, this 5-step process is applied 3 times in a timeframe of approximately 3 months.
Many clients experience significant change after one session, especially for super focused issues. However, for more complex or layered topics you need multiple sessions, which we discuss honestly and individually.
In general, I always advise as follow:
- One to two session overall for self-worth, confidence and self-esteem
- Two to three sessions for weight management
- Three to five sessions for relationships
- For other issues, we define the number of sessions after the discovery call
Note: As mentioned in the above FAQ, multi-session packages repeat the 5-step process for each session.
Results vary by individual, but they typically fall into the following three categories:
Instant: You might notice changes immediately, often during or right after the session. As a result, new patterns and insights can feel clear and empowering right away, giving you a direct experience of transformation.
Cumulative: Over days and weeks and also for few months, you might notice gradual shifts in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Over time, these small changes integrate naturally, building on each other so your transformation feels steady, safe, and fully aligned with your mind and body.
Retroactive: Sometimes you might not notice any difference initially, even after several weeks. However, a shift can occur later, perhaps a month after the session. This happens because your mind needs its own pace to integrate the change in a way that feels safe, natural, and lasting.
This method specifically is designed for deep lasting change, not temporary motivation.
Yes. Hypnotherapy is equally effective online and in person, since hypnosis works through focused attention and not strictly on physical presence.
It’s suitable for people who are open to self-reflection and committed to change. It is commonly used for confidence issues, weight challenges, habits, emotional blocks, relationship patterns, stress, career topics and mindset-related concerns.
Hypnotherapy is NOT recommended if you have been clinically diagnosed with: schizophrenia, dementia, psychosis, epilepsy. DO NOT BOOK any sessions with me unless you have your doctors’ certificate and approval that it is safe for you to do hypnotherapy.
